We are seeking 1 last female occupant (female only!) for our wonderful houseshare near the University and Hospital. We have 1 last room available, which is a Double and quite large in size!

I have also arranged with the landlord that I can offer these rooms with NO DEPOSIT (Due to the universal lack of available money to the downtrodden tenant!)

Lets take a look at the room:

This is the master bedroom. There are more wardrobes in here than anyone could possibly ever fill - so theres a challenge for you! Seriously though, this room is great and has a view towards the hogs back overlooking guildford.
The room is furnished with a double bed and a cabinet, and of course you are welcome to bring your own furniture if you wish.

The house is central heated with radiators in every room. We also have a huge kitchen and dining area which spans the whole rear width of the house, plus a side extension! There is plenty of fridge/freezer and cupboard space here. There is also a sofa and a dining table next to a fish tank!
There is a washing machine,tumble drier and a dishwasher too, and 2 sinks in the kitchen, and a handy downstairs toilet.

There is one main bathroom upstairs, with bath and shower, and a heated towel rack.

We also have a lovely back garden, with a patio and hopefully in summer a bbq area. There is a bonfire pit at the top too, lovely for those summer evenings outdoors.

Currently we have 3 people living here, myself downstairs in one room, and two girls upstairs in the single room and other double room. I work in the insurance industry,one housemate works for Surrey County Council, and the other is a receptionist.

We are seeking another professional to join us. We are all very friendly and laid back, and I must say this has proven to be one of the best houseshares I have lived in so far!

Our final housemate is our giant cat, he is lovely and spends most of his time asleep.

There is also off street parking and wireless broadband available within reason! (the wireless belongs to one of the housemates) .

The room is available immediately at a monthly rate of £495 inclusive (Rent, Gas, Electric, Water, and Council Tax) with a 6 month minimum tenancy.
