Working for a proffessional dynamic organisation, you will be responsible for the efficient running of the busy new NVQ centre, ensuring full customer satisfaction and achievement of all business targets.

Your specific responsibilities will include:
- Management of a team of support and administration staff
- Ensuing effective management of resources
- Communicating targets to assessors and sites
- Monitoring and track delivery quality and achievements of all learners and contracts
- Monitoring the overall performance of all contracts
- To provide Quality Assurance that appropriate and accurate information is maintained to support a range of funding and audit requirements.
- Establishing processes, policies and quality systems and ensuring that these are adhered to and maintained across the team
- To foster positive communication between Centre staff, internal and external colleagues, and Senior Management.

The successful candidate will have:

- a strong background in the NVQ Assessment industry, preferably with a background with Train to Gain funding. Some experience in logistics based delivery would be a disctinct advantage.
- A proven track record of staff management and achieving targets is essential, as well as a strong managerial presence.
- excellent communication and people skills, to liaise with staff of all levels.
- excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively
- Experience in providing quality information to auditable standards


In return you will received a salary between 24-28k depending on experience, excellent company benefits and generous holiday allowance.
