Our Client is a growing dynamic organistaion based in Surrey. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join their team of Administrators. You must be mobile (have access to a car) as travelling to any of the four offices at short notice will be required.
Experience in a training environment will be a strong advantage.
Customer Service Administrator
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, self motivated individual.
Duties include, but not limited to :
Greeting clients, dealing with enquiries both face to face visitors and via the telephone.
Setting up files, visitor details etc
Assisting with marketing functions
Assisting clients with access to courses, and basic problem solving
Completion of all statutory paperwork and filing as directed
Assist with maintenance and control of audit requirements
Amending databases – online and in-house
Filing / Photocopying / Faxing / Mailshots / Post
General office upkeep – i.e. keeping things tidy, screen cleaning, leaflet stocks etc.
Skills / experience required
MS Office basic knowledge
Excellent communication skills
Accurate and methodical in your work
Ability to multi task and use initiative
Be mobile ie car owner as you will be required to travel to other offices / centres in the area
Some experience of train to gain or adult training would be an advantage.
Benefits:
Salary: 13-15k + commission
20 days holiday is given + bank holidays, rising by 1 day for each full year of service
Travel / mileage paid between offices.
Hours: 9am-6pm Monday to Friday ( rota Saturdays 10am-2pm)
