I am a 23 year old guy, and have been playing bass for almost 10 years.
I would absolutely love to become a successful session bassist , so I want to play as much as I can.
I believe I am very confident and competent in my playing. I can turn my hand to almost any genre, and be can be very creative with my playing. I lock in with drums almost unconciously, and I (according to Prodigy drummer Kieron Pepper) have a knack for being "visually complementing" in any sort of music that I am playing!
I also have a very good ability to learn songs quickly from a recording (ie. no score or chords). Unfortunately, I CAN read music, but I can't sightread very well.

I have my own equipment (Fender Precision and a de-fretted Jazz, 4x10 1000watt Behringer cab with Behringer 450watt head.) And transport (a battered Bronze Rover 216 haha)

If you are looking for a bassist to record on your demo/album/project, fill in for a member at a gig (providing I can make it and learn material in time), or for a covers gig (random or as a function band), then please drop me an email explaining what you are about and what you need/want from me.

I know this sounds a bit harsh, but please don't just send me an email with your band's myspace address and say "Listen and tell me what you think"...because I won't have the time.
