I am looking to start a new young professional flat/houseshare in Guildford.

I am a 22 year old single male, working in Weybridge. I am looking for 2 - 4 people to start a houseshare in Guildford.

I am new to the area, so people wo like socialsing would be a great advantage, however i'd like to add i'm not looking for a personal guide to the area as i have friends in the area, just a pub buddy now and then
