Large lounge with massive super comfy L-Shaped sofa filling one end of the room. LCD Tv, XBox 360 (Elite), Wii, HD Dvd, Sky + and a couple of laptops for gaming and music etc.

Functional brand new well kitted kitchen with large fridge and washing facilites. Cleaner comes once fortnight and I keep the place very tidy. I tend to keep it stocked - and it is rarely boozeless.

Ideally flatmate would be an uber friendly professional 22-30yr (guy or gal), must be clean, funny, outgoing and preferably enjoy the odd glass of beer. Not bothered if you are a smoker, but looking for a non hassle flatmate.

I myself work in London as a consultant, I am 26, extremely laid back and travel quite a bit.
