The Role
As Assistant Manager you will be responsible for a high quality of service by developing, motivating and managing a well trained, customer-orientated team.

The Assistant Manager, while on duty, has overall responsibility for the day-day running of the restaurant ensuring that every customer receives a high quality of service and that all brand standards are maintained.

All our Assistant Managers, as part of the Management team, have ownership for their restaurants and we would want our new recruits to have restaurant experience, at supervisor level or above and an understanding of the industry but most of all an unquestionable drive and ambition with the enthusiasm to learn and develop.

Required Experience

To join us you will need passion and determination as well as the ability to manage a team by coaching, developing and motivating others. 3 years previous relevant management or supervisory experience is a prerequisite for this role. All candidates must be available in the UK for interview & trial and
have a EU ID or a fully valid work permit.
