Position

Senior Business Analyst

A strong project manager / business analyst with strong man management and
Organisational abilities.
Controlled and precise under pressure.
To manage the development of software, carry out data management projects and assist
Frontline IT support function
Areas of responsibilities will include
Financial - cost analysis.
IT - software development and IT support.
Data - analysis of information and improve business processes, manipulation of information
To produce reports, overseeing central data repository.
General – Core management, support delivery of key web services, carry out in-house training

Key Areas

- experience of data extraction/manipulation using a reporting tools such as sql, report writer;
- experience of scripts/query writing;
- extremely proficient in excel using macros, pivot tables;
- experience of product/data/system delivery to clients and internal staff;
- Effective communicator both orally and in writing. Equally effective at ‘shop floor and board room’ levels;
- A good listener who can respond sensitively to needs and concerns, and engenders trust;
- The ability to command respect and create strong working relationships with client organisation and with colleagues
