The Company:
Our client is a quality led Contract Catering business with an enviable reputation in the market and well positioned to maximize opportunities in the current climate. The company has a broad market presence providing outsourced services to companies in the Corporate, Healthcare, Government and Defence sectors.

The Job Role:
As the Finance Manager you will be responsible for the financial control of this multi-million pound contract catering operation. Responsibilities will include preparing and reporting accounts, invoice scrutiny as well as analysing financial performance and recommending improvements. Effectively communicating with the General Manager and Head of Finance to ensure the financial performance is tracking against targets, profit margins are monitored and invoices managed.


The individual we are looking for:
Essential requirements include commercial financial skills, ideally developed in a catering environment. You will have excellent inter-personal skills with a can-do attitude and flexible approach to ensuring to job gets done. Systems literate; Excel being a must and comfortable with analysing large volumes of data, calculating GP margins against target and invoice management
