Night Manager - Newbury

My client, a luxury 4 star hotel, located just 45 minutes from the centre of London is looking for an experienced Night Manager with previous experience in 4/5 star hotels.

The successful Night Manager will be working in one of the most desirable and elegant properties in the area - this is no average hotel!

The Night Manager I am looking for will be experienced, confident and a professional operator who is prepared to work hard and in return be rewarded with great surroundings and good prospects.

Key Responsibilities:
• The Night Manager will be responsible checking guests in & out of the hotel and ensuring that they receive exceptional customer service at all times.
• The Night Manager will be responsible for the security and well-being of residents and guests during the night shifts.
• The Night Manager will run the night audit through Opera, and clean the public areas throughout the night.
• The Night Manager will be responsible for ensuring that the fire and safety procedures are followed carefully at all times and that all night staff abide by the same regulations.
• The Night Manager must be highly customer focused, have good communication skills and the ability to manage effectively, with previous supervisory experience.

The salary for the role of Night Manager is £14,000 - £18,000 + live-in accommodation and excellent staff benefits.
