We are seeking a proactive, dynamic individual to develop front end website designs for our impressive list of well known online retail clients.

We are based in the Surrey countryside, but the company is a fast moving and exciting commercial environment so at least 4 years commercial design for web experience is essential.

You must must have the following software skills: Photoshop, Illustrator/Freehand, Dreamweaver. You must be capable of CSS & HTML implementation of your designs. Some Flash would be an advantage. Your portfolio must demonstrate a good understanding of typography and website design.

Design work concentrates on leveraging client brand assets (eg catalogues & artwork) and producing beautiful, but usable online shop designs that increase sales conversions.

You will be tasked with creating workable site templates from brief (inc. overview site build), site maintenance, banner/button design and general graphic provision. You will also be responsible for the design, production and broadcast of client email campaigns.

You’ll be liaising with client at director/owner level, project manager and developer so excellent interpersonal & presentation skills also a must.

You should have a good appreciation of online shopping best practice, internet & search engine marketing in general - but the successful candidate will above all be an creative, technically gifted website graphic designer.

Own transport needed.
