Our goal is to provide the student with the most up-to-date techniques possible, in a relaxed atmosphere, with a common goal to provide the student with a safe and effective method of self defence and create a complete, well rounded martial artist.
Our MMA Programme isn't just for people who want to get into the ring, its for all types of people wgo want to get fit and enjoy themselves in different area's of martial arts
Our curriculum consists of Bruce Lee's Jun Fan Gung Fu. Jeet Kune Do, Filipino Martial Arts,Maphilindo Silat,Thai Boxing and PFM Clinch Fighting and Ju Jitsu.
