Our client just outside of Guildford is looking for a Fluent French speaker with a background in IT or Telecoms who can assist with the running of the Helpdesk.

This role will involve handling calls in both French and English from customers with regards to broadband or technical telecoms faults.

All candidates must be fluent in both French and English and be able to show a proven IT/Telecoms background on their CV.
