Salary: £16-25,000
Benefits: 22 day holiday, discounted insurance products, pension
Hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday. Saturdays 8.30am to 12.30pm

The job
Dealing with the public, face to face and over the phone
Helping solve problems
Negotiating
Giving quotations and selling policies
Sourcing products from a panel of providers
Relationship management
Processing renewal quotes
Processing new policies
Liaising with a large panel of Insurance providers
Processing claims within the team- shared responsibility

Training
Training is thorough and ongoing, and supported at all levels. Everybody is required to take the Certificate in Insurance - run by the Chartered Insurance Institute, which provides an excellent grounding. Every support is given to those wishing to study further.
Experience required
