Customer Account Manager

Salary: £16-25,000

Benefits: 22 day holiday, discounted insurance products, pension

Hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday. Saturdays 8.30am to 12.30pm

The job
 Dealing with the public, face to face and over the phone
 Helping solve problems
 Negotiating
 Giving quotations and selling policies
 Sourcing products from a panel of providers
 Relationship management
 Processing renewal quotes
 Processing new policies
 Liaising with a large panel of Insurance providers
 Processing claims within the team- shared responsibility

Training
Training is thorough and ongoing, and supported at all levels. Everybody is required to take the Certificate in Insurance - run by the Chartered Insurance Institute, which provides an excellent grounding. Every support is given to those wishing to study further.

Experience required
