They are looking for a self motivated, diplomatic, friendly individual who is looking for an exciting opportunity
.
Working in a brigade of 4, using all fresh produce in a 1AA Rosette standard kitchen, the ideal candidate will have completed their NVQ level 1+2 or have equivalent qualifications.
It would be beneficial to have experience at rosette level. May suit someone looking for progression from Commis. Split shifts on a rota basis.

Salary £15,000 plus tronc & Live in if required.
