The Company:

Our client, a leading company in the outsourcing industry, is currently recruiting for Spanish speaking Customer Service Professionals to work in their offices in South West London.

The Role:

-Delivering an excellent customer experience through taking inbound calls
-Establishing contact with customers who have queries about the service offered
-Building and maintaining strong relations with local customers
-Ensuring that all customers are dealt with in a professional and polite manner
-Supplying high quality service in line with processes and procedures
-Complying with all company and client security requirements or policies

Candidate Profile:

-Motivated and enthusiastic
-Good telephone, keyboard, verbal and written communication skills
-Competence in MS Office
-Ability to use phone and computer desktop systems
-Good numeric and verbal reasoning skills
-Customer service and questioning skills
-Self-organised with the ability to plan and prioritize workload
-A strong problem solver
