The property is in the village of GALERA, approx 1 1/2 hrs drive from Granada, 2hrs from Murcia, Almeria, and Alicante. Low cost airlines fly from many UK airports.This is a traditional Cave House, but with all mod cons. Can accomodate 7, in 4 bedrooms. Living room has a log burning fire, the large bathroom has toilet, sink, bidet and shower, the kitchen has electric oven, hob, fridge,kettle and toaster. Crockery and all basic utensils are there, Linen and bath towels are provided, but not beach towels.The property is close to National Parks and Lakes, there are several swimming pools nearby,The coast is about 2 hrs, the Sierra Nevada mountains, and the Alhambra in Granada 1 1/2hrs. The cave house is just 10 mins walk into the village, where you will find 2 small supermarkets, bakery, bars, restaurants, banks, chemist and doctor. The hire of the cave is £250. pwk for 4 people, extra persons charged at £50.00 pp. pwk. It may be possible to arrange short breaks, price on request. The area isn't generally suitable for people with mobility problems, it is quite steep in places,although the property is mainly on one level.
Car Hire is a must, and is usually very reasonably priced.
