Excellent Sous Chef required for a busy pub restaurant in Slough (Berkshire) to work alongside a good head chef and extablished team.
This position has become available due to the move to another country of the current Sous Chef.

The Applicant must:-
* Be able to work in and supervise a team of 9 of various grades in the absence of the Head Chef and have strong ability to deligate
* Have very good food preperational and cooking skills and be willing to train others in both
* Adopt a 'Can Do' attitude
* Complete all relavent paperwork (after training) required of the role.


Salary is negotiable based on experience, accomodation may be available if required. Training and potential progression is available for the right candidate.
