The ancient practice of Kettlebell lifting has made a huge comeback in recent years thanks to its phenomenol ability to turbo charge metabolism and boost fitness levels in half the time of conventional methods. The unique and dynamic nature of the kettlebell means that you get leaner, stronger, fitter and more flexible ALL IN ONE HIT, as well as learning a challlenging and hugely enjoyable new skill!

At Kettlebell Bootcamp in Guildford you will learn the correct technique for all of the foundation drills under the watchful eye f one of the UK's leading kettlebell specialists, Charlotte Ord. The classes are friendly, inviting and most importantly, get results!

Both beginner and advanced courses start on Monday 24th August 2009 and consist of a session a week for ten weeks. The beginners session takes place at 6.30pm and the advanced at 7.30pm in Guildford (indoor venue TBC). Both courses are suitable for men and women.

£100/ person for all ten weeks.
