Promoting local business & sustainable living
Sustainable living is accessible for everyone it is all about saving money, making money and finding new opportunities.

Next major event is on the 27th August
To celebrate our status as a community interest company we are hosting an open day at the centre to promote local products and services to people who live and work in the area.

The centre has been open for just two months but already many local people and businesses have joined our network to access products and services that really do benefit local residents.

This open day is part of a programme of events, seminars, workshops and training sessions offered to local people and businesses at the Bricks and Bread Sustainable Living Centre. To promote local food, eco building, new sustainable business enterprise opportunities and encouraging people to reduce their use of fossil fuels.

Further information about our salvage warehouse or events can be found on our website www.bricksandbread.com or call us on 01252 314 060

To help us all be able to live, work and build more sustainably
We have met with a huge range of people from local food producers, recycling companies, business advisors and eco building experts – to verify that they really are as knowledgeable and credible as they claim

In this area there are many small businesses who offer great services and innovative products

We want you to find out about them and use their services, as they are doing things that set them apart from large corporations who claim to be socially responsible and being ‘green’ when in reality they are not!

We want to find more local small businesses that help others
- reduce fossil fuel use, save natural resources or encourage local enterprise
If you do something that deserves promotion - to see your business grow through great networking and sales opportunities - please come along to the centre, introduce yourself and find out how you can join our sustainable business network.

Sales and promotional opportunities for local businesses at the centre
Independent small business ventures can sell and promote their company at the centre providing they have joined the Bricks and Bread Sustainable Business Network - it doesn’t cost anything to join but you must meet the criteria set for good business
