Bruce Lee's Jeet Kune Do and martial arts cross training (MMA)
Our MMA Programme is open to everyone. MMA is ideal for self defence and fitness and is flexible for you to learn different areas of martial arts, so you won't get bored. All of our training is adaptable to each individual within the class, so if you'd like to fight in the cage you can do that too. Our friendly and relaxed atmosphere allows you to train at your own pace and not be pushed into anything you don't want to do.
Our goal is to provide the student with the most up-to-date techniques possible, in a relaxed atmosphere, with a common goal to provide the student with a safe and effective method of self defence and create a complete, well rounded martial artist.
Our curriculum consists of Bruce Lee's Jun Fan Jeet Kune Do, Filipino Martial Arts, Thai Boxing, Catch,Freestyle, Greco Roman wrestling and No Gi Ju Jitsu.
