Following recent significant investment, and the desire to further build the customer service delivery, our client is recruiting for a Food and Beverage Manager with passion for service and the proven ability to manage change, for their Surrey property.
Easily commutable from South West London and Home counties.

Previous experience managing a large restaurant or catering business and events within the hotel, leisure or conference centre environment required. Commercially astute with ability to balance service and costs and training must be a key skill.
