I am Nina, and I am a fully qualified therapist in Professional Thai Massage and I also have an Anatomy and Physiology Diploma. This is a very deep massage and helps to relieve tension, re-balance the body and re-align it too. As it is quite a strong massage, circulation improves and regular sessions can reduce cellulite as it helps release toxins from the cells.

Regular sessions can improve circulation drastically and it is quite active for me too as I stretch your limbs into different yogic positions! The last half of the massage includes a relaxing and invigorating natural oil massage on the back, neck, shoulder and head area. The massage finishes with a wonderful face massage, leaving you feeling truly rejuvenated. The pressure of the massage can be varied to suit your requirements and pain threshold! Please note that I do not perform any massages of a sexual nature.

People describe Thai massage as rejuvenating, relaxing and energising. It is possibly the most invigorating massage you will ever experience and do not be surprised if you find yourself drifting off to a peaceful sleep towards the end during the relaxing head, neck and face phase!

As I am also a Reiki practitioner, many people who receive a massage identify that it is a more intense experience than a normal massage, and this is due to the natural Reiki energy emanating from my hands during a massage treatment.

What To Expect:
Thai Massage is carried out on a padded mat on the floor. You can choose from a 60 minute, 90 minute or 120 minute full body massage. There is a wide selection of essential oils with a variety of benefits available for you to choose from depending on what you would like to achieve from the massage. Choose from Sensual relaxing oils containing ylang ylang and patchouli, Energising oils or Deep tissue and anti-cellulite oils.

A full hour massage is £45. A one and a half hour massage is £60 or a 2 hour massage is £90.

I also offer Reiki, Crystal Healing, Aqua Detox and Hair Analysis (a health report from testing your hair).
