The Company:

Our client, a leading international company in the IT sector, is currently recruiting for a Dutch speaking Service Centre Analyst to work in their offices based in Surrey.

The Role:

-The role will involve providing first level technical support to a range of business customers via telephone.
-The successful candidate will be able to successfully respond to over 25 inbound customer calls per day, whilst working cohesively with other members of the level 1 team
-As part of the 1st line helpdesk team, you will be required to meet specified service level agreements, including 90% call response rate, 70% call resolution and over 85% customer satisfaction rate
-Whilst managing customer calls, it is essential for the service centre analyst to fully document and record all troubleshooting information to provide a professional and seamless service

Candidate Profile:

-The successful candidate will be fluent to native level or equivalent in both written and verbal forms of the Dutch language with a clear, friendly and professional telephone manner.
-Applicants must be strong team players, with outstanding communication skills.
-The ability to work on one's own initiative is essential, as is the ability to manage one's time and workload effectively
-Experience of using call-management systems and responding to written instructions is essential
-Candidates must have knowledge of and be comfortable with call centre and helpdesk environments
-Experience in supporting MS Operating Systems (XP and Vista knowledge an advantage)
-Experience using MS Office 2003 including Outlook
- Troubleshooting technical tasks including printing, network connectivity, remote connectivity, software installation failures etc.

Salary/Additional Information:

£12 per hour inclusive of holiday pay
