My names Ray and I am an English builder, ( now there’s a rare thing! ), and I speak perfect English, ( so you can rest assured that nothing will be lost.. or confused, in translation ), and I have over 35 years of experience in the construction industry. I started out as an apprentice electrician and then I became a builder some 25+ years ago and I also complete drawings to submit to the local authorities / council.

My competitive cost, ( I am not VAT registered ), services include electrical, ( ~ ex NIC EIC electrical contractor ~ industrial - commercial & domestic + City & Guilds 2381 / 7671 ~ 16th ed , and also the 2391 for Inspection & Testing ), and my son is a fully qualified electrician and is part P approved with NAPIT.

I am a very good plasterer, ( I had to learn this as there are sooo many bad and unreliable plasterers around ), pebble-dasher, some 25+ years of plumbing experience, bespoke, ( or pre-made ), conservatories, porches, groundwork’s... i.e., drainage / concrete bases etc, kitchen & bathroom fitter, complete houses and flats refurbished, carpentry, block drives, brick ~ block work, decorating and so much more and all completed to the highest of standards.

I only do ONE job at a time, ( or numerous ones for the same person / company ), so that I am there 100% of the time so nothing can go wrong, I am easy going, friendly and I keep a clean site and offer a professional service. I have a keen ‘eye’ for detail and have very good communications too, I work, ( mainly ), in the London, Surrey and Sussex area’s. I prefer to work on my own as I can get soooo much more work completed, ( by not stopping for lunch breaks etc ), but I also have more labour to take on to complete larger sets of works too but.... I will only take on ONE set of works at a time, ( or, as stated above, several other ones for the same person / company ), and I am still 100% on site I am prepared to do small, ( hourly / daily ), or LARGE works, ( whatever the size maybe ), too, so please contact me for more details. I prefer price works, ( its better / safer for both parties ), but can also complete day rate works and I also offer an emergency call out service.
